We may collect information that you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, mobile phone number, profile information, account credentials, photographs or images you upload, outfit requests, votes, comments, invitations, and other information you choose to provide through the Service.

2. Photos and User Content
Wear or Not allows users to upload photographs and other content for the purpose of requesting and receiving opinions about outfits or looks. We use this content to provide the features of the Service, including displaying requests to the people or communities selected by the user.
Users should only upload photographs and content that they have the right to share.
3. How We Use Information
We may use information collected through the Service to provide, operate, maintain, and improve Wear or Not; create and manage user accounts; process outfit requests, votes, comments, and invitations; send service-related communications; provide customer support; maintain the security and integrity of the Service; prevent fraud or misuse; comply with applicable legal requirements; and understand how users interact with the Service.
4. SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and affirmatively opt in to receive text messages from Wear or Not, we may send transactional or service-related SMS messages to that number.
Messages may include Style Circle invitations, outfit opinion requests, account notifications, and other communications related to your use of Wear or Not.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
We do not sell or rent your mobile phone number. Mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent, will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers that assist us in delivering text messages solely as necessary to provide those communications.
5. Style Circle Invitations
Wear or Not may allow users to invite other individuals to participate in their Style Circle or respond to an outfit request. If a user provides another person's contact information for an invitation, we use that information to facilitate the requested invitation and related functionality.
Recipients may choose whether to participate in Wear or Not and may opt out of applicable communications.
6. Service Providers
We may use third-party service providers to operate portions of the Service, including hosting, authentication, data storage, payment processing, email delivery, SMS delivery, analytics, and other infrastructure services.
7. Payments
If you purchase a paid Wear or Not subscription or feature, payment information may be processed by third-party payment and subscription providers. Wear or Not does not necessarily receive or store your complete payment-card information.
8. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information to service providers that perform services on our behalf; when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of Wear or Not, our users, or others; or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business.
SMS opt-in information and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it was collected.

Wear or Not is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

The Service may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and Wear or Not is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services.
